PMG does not normally feature tattoos as such but merely incidental to other mods, as here. In this case the story of the tattoo is shown from the design transfered to her skin, and then inked in by the tattoo artist.
The original poster says: “My new tattoo that I surprised Master with”. I’m sure Master loved it, I certainly hope so, because there is no going back.
Additionally she has a Christina piercing with a barbell inserted.
